It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our precious son

Wesley Joseph Noel LaPorte (Joe to those who loved and knew him personally) on September 9, 2023.

Wesley will be remembered by his beloved parents Brian LaPorte and Sophia Simard, his

siblings Stephen (Emma), Bethany (Brandon), Brian (Caeley), Elayna (Austin), and Michael and also his “bonus siblings” Tayler Macki, Kenadi Burston, and Leslie Kretai; nephews Brandon aka Izzy, Ezra, Grayson and his nieces Evelynn and Everlee; his loving girlfriend Mya. Along with numerous amazing friends.

Wesley is predeceased by his grandparents Shirley and John LaPorte.

Wesley was born in Winnipeg, Mb. but lived in the community of Seymourville until he was 5 years old when he moved to Winnipeg where he met his wonderful friends and discovered his passion for music. Wesley was a very talented guitarist in a band called deception he had created with his friends: we all love you Joe.

 Wake  Service Tuesday September 19, 2023 7:00p.m. -11:00p.m.  Eternal Grace Funerals 1111 Logan Ave &Funeral Service Wednesday September 20, 2023 12 Noon also at Eternal Grace Funerals Fr. Francis Paradis officiating.  Interment to follow Brookside Cemetery.
