Timothy Edward Lee Lavallee

It is with deep sorrow and sadness we announce the passing of Timothy Edward Lee Lavallee. Timothy was born on February 6th, 1962, and passed on June 18th, 2024, at the St. Boniface Hospital. He was predeceased by his son and daughter Matthew and Fonessa Bruyere; his parents Mathew and Susan Lavallee; brothers Neil and Grant and sister Kim.

He is survived by his daughters; Emily and Tracey; brother Matthew and sisters Rosalie (Greg) and Kathy, nephews; Carmine, Carey, Shawn, Daemien, Devon,Cody,Zane and nieces Monique,and Brittany.

Timothy loved to go fishing and singing, whistling to songs. Timothy was a giving person. He often volunteered at The Harvest or soup kitchens in the community. He liked to laugh and was known to pull a prank or two. He genuinely cared for people. His organs were donated so someone else could live- Tim would want that. He loved to go to family gatherings and bringing home a special jam-packed bag of homemade goodies and leftovers to share with someone less fortunate.

 I would like to thank the staff and nurses at the St. Boniface Hospital for their compassionate care. A heartfelt thank you to Paul, Nick, Charles and his wife for helping Tim to his appointments and driving him to family gatherings. Timothy will be missed by many. OUR LOSS IS HEAVEN’S GAIN.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 26,2024 at 11 a.m. at Living Word Temple, 467 Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg. Viewing will be held at 10 a.m. at the Church. A lunch will follow the service. Interment will be held at Brookside Cemetery.
