It is with broken hearts and great sorrow that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our dear son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend Tical Marcus Woodhouse on August 10, 2021.
Tical resided in Winnipeg for most of his life. He loved country life and it was his desire to move there one day and live off the grid. He enjoyed cooking and dreamed of starting a pizza business on the reserve and calling it “Pizza Dudes.” Tical’s favorite foods to make were tacos and pizza. He liked going to visit his cousins and his little sisters. Tical was a gamer and had many online friends. Tical was our Gentle Giant. Rarely did he get into trouble. As a child, his home away from home was Red River Valley Junior Academy School.
Tical leaves to mourn his mother, Laurie; his father Albert and stepfather Jamie; brothers Luke, Jared, Dylan, Bishop, Dimitri, and Jamie Jr.; sisters Felicia, Anyssa, Nirti, Sindel, Zira, and Mercy; grandfather Orville; Grandmother Claire; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was predeceased by his grandmother Hazel Laforge (Oct. 2011); uncles Anthony (Sept. 2007) and Wesley (April 2021); Aunt Pauline (Aug. 2015); sisters Reese (Aug. 2002) and Divena (Sept. 2020).
Be strong and courageous and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9
Yea, though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4.
