Tessa Perry Obituary

Tessa Grace Perry was 31 years old. She was born on June 21, 1990, in The Pas, MB at St Anthony’s Hospital.

Tessa’s life was tragically cut short on May 28, 2022. She struggled with the ups and downs of life but never wavered. She always managed to persevere through the darkest times. The love of her children gave her the strength to continue to fight for the life she wanted for her family. One of the most amazing things about Tessa is she did all of this with a smile. She always seemed to find the light and laughter in any situation.

She is survived by her mother Anngelina Perry; stepfather Arthur Mercer; her beautiful children Keigan, Abby, Kai, and Brylee Ann; and their father Adam Wright (Sonia); her brothers Lyle Perry (Tianna), Brandon Perry, and Billy; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, and friends too many to mention.

Tessa was predeceased by her biological father Lyle Ronald Moose; her grandparents Luke and Evelyn Moose; uncles Ernest Moose, and Richard Moose; numerous aunts, great grandparents, and cousins.

Tessa was an honest, outspoken, kind, loving, courageous, strong, proud indigenous woman.

Tessa’s pride and joy were her children. She was very family oriented and a devoted mother. She had many friends that adored her smile, laughter, and kind heart. Tessa took care of people who were in need and were struggling even if she didn’t know them. Tessa will forever be in our hearts. She would not want us to be sad or unhappy and would want us to live life to the fullest.
