Steven Charles Murray

With deep sadness, we gather to honor the life of Steve Murray, who passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025. Steve will be remembered for his steady nature, his quiet resilience, and the special place he held in the lives of those closest to him.

Steve is lovingly remembered by his wife Geraldine, and by his stepchildren Angela (Dave), Nicole (Dustin), Cassandra (Kelsey), and Bradley. He is also mourned by his sister Teresa (Simon), his nephew Grant, his step-grandchildren Josh (Jessica), Daniel (Keandra), Mikayla (Allan), Madison, Noah, and Mia, and his great step-grandchildren Easton and JayJay.

Steve is predeceased by his mother Thora, his father Steven, and his stepfather Ken.

Steve is also remembered by his son Carl. Though their relationship faced distance and challenges over the years, Carl remained an important part of Steve’s life story, and the connection they shared will continue to be held with care by those who knew them both.

Born in England, Steve made a life-changing decision to leave his homeland and move to Canada to be with the love of his life, Geraldine. In his new home, he embraced a life grounded in commitment, practicality, and loyalty.

Steve’s journey, rich with both joys and complexities, reflected a man who lived sincerely and faced life as it came. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him and shared in his path.

Cremation has taken place.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday Dec. 6, 2025, at 11am, at Eternal Grace Funerals.
