Stephanie Elizabeth Jessica Hood-Dumas it is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loved one Jessika at the age of 28. She is survived by her son Zaiden, her grandparents Beverly Dumas, Peter Bearshield, her mother Stephanie Cook (Dennis), father Christopher Dumas (Leeah), grandmother Mary Hood; Grandfather Mark Boulanger(Maxine) ; Siblings Arantxa (Cameron), Jaayr, Phoenix, Dillyn &, Darryl. Her nephew Cashis and her Godchildren Devin & Aubrey. Step siblings Linden, and Taylor Lavallee.  Also leaving to mourn her passing are her aunts Betty Olson, C Dianne Dumas, Sim Boulanger, Mary Hood jr, Angela Hood &, Winona Bearshield,and Rhiannon Boulanger ;  Her uncles Adelard, Eugene &, Joshua Dumas, Floyd, Eldon & Jon Hood, & Chayton Bearshield,and Ryan Boulanger ; Her great great aunt Mabel Bignell. Cousins Marcus, Traydon, plus numerous other cousins. 

She was predeceased by her great grandparents Allan $ Lucy Dumas, Louise and Max Boulanger, and Madeline Raven.  Brother Vassili Dumas. Uncles Allen & Joseph Dumas, Ferdinand Fontaine, & Carl Hood.  Aunts Ida & Jo-ann Hood. Cousins Tabetha, Syelis, Jessie, Jordin, Joel, Samantha (Taboo) &, Lil Bev. 

Jessika grew up and lived in Winnipeg all her life. She was a wonderful mother who was always willing to go above and beyond for her kids. She liked singing and listening to music. Her ‘getaway’ was colouring, and she would always request for new pens and markers whenever she had the chance. Jessika was very vocal about sharing how proud she was of those around her. She loved hanging out with her family and making memories with them along the way. Everyone would remember her as someone who always smiled and was very welcoming. She will be missed dearly and was loved by many. 

Wake Service will be held on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024 at Eternal Grace Funeral from 7pm - 11pm.

Funeral Service will follow on Thursday, March 21st, 2024 at the chapel at 11am.
