It is with a heavy heart, the family of Shayne Michael Tarasoff would like to announce his passing on May 7th, 2021. Leaving behind his mother Verna, his dad Peter and grandma Viola, his siblings Melissa, Shawn, Jeremy, Kyle, Brandy and his daughters Sasha and Natasha. As well as the rest of his family and friends.
Shayne was known to carry the weight of the world upon his shoulders. There was never an occasion where he wasn't worried about those around him, trying to help those who needed it with what little he had. Be it giving someone a drive somewhere or helping fix up a house.
He had a big heart and was able to make friends wherever he went, friends who often became his family. There was not a quiet bone in his body, known as a free-spirited wild child from a young age - talking your ear off even if you weren't listening. Always keeping his mom on her toes and laughing. He was silly, outgoing, loving, funny, intelligent, and talented. A light in this world that was gone too quickly. Shayne loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was always there if you needed him and didn't fail to tell his loved ones this.
Not a day will go by without him being missed. Shayne will be remembered for his passionate love of music, always having a guitar in his hands and a smile on his face. Singing dramatic songs during his band days with his special left-handed guitar. He wasn't perfect but he was the laugh that you needed at the end of the day, a place called home.
Private family services and viewing will be held at Eternal Grace Funerals.
Cremation to follow. Following all Covid-19 restrictions.
