Sharon Marie Sharp (nee Houle)

February 26, 1961 - June 1,2025

Peacefully on June 1, 2025, with her children by her side our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend passed away at the age of 64 after a short battle with cancer.

Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her children Kyle, Jodie Bea (Brad); Grandchildren Emma Bea (Father Bob) Avery and Austin (Father Brad). Also to mourn her passing are her siblings Doreen (Tom), Debbie (Reg), Cindy, David (Merle), Fred, Glen (Pauline), along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by her common-law husband Russel Slobodian and stepdaughter Alanna.

She was predeceased by her Mother Bernice Houle, Father Ernest Houle and Sister, Doris St Germain.

Sharon was employed with Standard Aero up until her retirement. Sharon was offered a trip of a lifetime while employed with Standard Aero to visit and train some staff in the Netherlands. While there she had the opportunity to also visit France. This trip was a great milestone in her life.

Sharon loved fishing, karaoke, and especially loved hanging out with her family and friends. Russel introduced Sharon to traveling and exploring destinations such as Dominican Republic, Mexico, Cuba, Florida, California, Minnesota and other locations within Canada.

A memorial service will be held on Friday June 20,2025 at 11:00am at Eternal Grace located at 1111 Logan Ave (NW corner of Logan Ave and McPhillips St). Interment will follow at 1:30 pm at Brookside Cemetery located at 3001 Notre Dame Ave for all those who want to attend.
