Ronald Richard "Ronnie"

(Alvin) Ronald Richard also known as Ronnie was born on August 23rd, 1949, in Amaranth Manitoba, he was raised here before moving to Winnipeg. He Passed away on March 6th, 2025, at 4pm in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the Health Science Centre (HSC).

He is the son of Elsie (Roulette) Richard (mother) and Allen Richard (Father). He was the brother of 12 other siblings; Maribel, Rose Betty, Tommy, Patsy, Isabel, Roy, Andrew, Albert, Sissy, Wallis and Benjamin. He was a charming, loving and caring husband to Evelyn Richard (McKay). He was also the best father he could be to 8 children; Becky, Ronald, Ivan, Shawna, Melissa, Heather, Jesse and Waylon. Also 4 stepchildren; Crystal, Edward, Roxanne and Stacy.

Ronald’s passions and hobbies were cars, weightlifting, guitar playing, classic country music but most of all he loved and cherished his family.

His pallbearers are his first grandchildren he raised; Dawn Richard, Carrie Richard, Ivan Richard, Ronald (Mac) Richard, Cheyenne (big Chey) and his last child he had with Evelyn Richard; Waylon Richard (Way-lo).

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 7PM – 9PM at Living Word Temple, 467 Manitoba Ave. Service to follow on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 10AM, also at the Church. He will be laid to rest near his wife and other family members that are buried at Brookside Cemetery.
