Rudy (Tisoy) came to Canada on July 27, 1977, he was 32 years old. Life wasn’t always easy having to adjust to a new culture and learning to speak English was a challenge. Rudy persevered and became a productive part of the community he lived in. At the time the Filipino community was small, but he had his family who supported and helped us adapt.
Rudy had many hobbies which included fishing, camping and traveling. He was a jack of all trades and would fix anything or build anything with his own two hands. He took pride in his work and craftmanship and loved to show us his new creations or projects. He was a hard worker and great provider. Always making sure we had everything we needed. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends,
