Ricky Sidney Lawrence George Mancheese

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ricky Sidney Lawrence George Mancheese on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the age of 24 years young.

Ricky leaves to mourn his mother Nadia Mancheese (Soro), his father Terrence Canard, along with his brothers Elijah Cochrane and Creedon Canard and sister Deanne Canard.

His niece Bella McKay and nephews Chidi and Ugo McKay.

He also leaves to mourn his aunty Shirley Perrault (Corey), cousin Quentin Mancheese, mooshom Johnny Bear. Uncles John George and Arthur Bear, aunty Nichole Bear, and numerous family members, especially on the Mancheese/Bear side.

He was predeceased by his one and only granny "nana" Edith Mancheese, his favorite uncle Ricky Mancheese (who he is named after), and his big sister Cureston McKay, and his aunty Deanna Mancheese.

Ricky was a mischievous one, but very loving. He ALWAYS thought about his family, especially his mom Nadia.

Regardless, he was always "Baby Rick" and he was always looking out for his family. He had a big heart and was always solid. Ricky was special, and to those who knew him, know that.

Wake service will be held on Thursday November 20, 2025, from 6pm – 11pm, at Eternal Grace Funerals (10-1111 Logan Ave, Winnipeg, MB).

Service beginning at 7pm.

Cremation to follow.
