Rhonda Corrine Bruce

Suddenly on January 8,2025 we heard the passing of our dear niece Rhonda Bruce age 46 years.

Rhonda is survived by her children Ramsey, Madison, and other children we never met or got to know; her brother Vincent Bruce; uncles and aunts Jerry Sawanash, William (Lena), Tobie, Percy (Harriet), Noah (Mabel) and Allan L. Bruce, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was predeceased by her parents Maybelle and David Bruce; grandparents Caroline and Bert Bruce and Mary Jane and Joe Sawanash of Berens River.

Rhonda was born in Winnipeg, MB, later moving to Winnipeg where she resided all her life. We didn’t know much about her life, as she was a very quiet person and kept to herself. She always managed to keep in touch with us as much as she could.

Wake service will be held on Friday January 16,2026 from 7 p.m.- 10 p.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals. Wake service will continue Saturday January 17,2026 and Sunday January 18,2026 at the Pentecostal Church in Poplar River. Funeral service will follow on Monday January 19,2026 at 11 a.m. also from the church. Pastor B. Mitchell officiating. Interment to follow.
