Raymond was definitely a voice to be reckoned with. He learned to sing traditional powwow songs at a very young age and loved dancing at powwows as a Grass Dancer, Chicken Dancer, and Hoop Dance. He loved sharing his culture and traditions with whoever offered and wanted to learn. He sang at various powwows and performed in many countries, such as Germany, Sweden, France, Mexico, New Mexico, and various states.
He took over where his uncle Ian left off, helping at the University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg, RRCC and various school in Winnipeg, as either Arena Director, or teaching regalia making, colors, and stories told to him to share.
Raymonds son Tecumseh was his pride and joy, Tecumseh was the strength and love of his life.
