Raven Dawn Baker D'Arcis

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Raven Dawn Baker D’arcis who passed away August 10, 2025, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Raven lived for 26 years, leaving many friends and family to mourn her passing.

She was born September 10, 1998, in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Hal Roger Baker and Cheryl Melissa D’arcis.

She grew up and lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba raised by her great Aunt Darlene Ducharme and late Uncle Lorne Ducharme.

Raven was a beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, niece, sister, cousin, and friend.

Left to mourn her loss are her daughter (Kallie), Kallie’s grandfather (Leonard), Kallie’s father (Morton), biological mother and father (Hal and Cheryl), Aunt (Darlene), Grandma (Shirley), siblings (Autumn, Dalton, John, and Rosie), several aunts, (Mary, Josephine, Anne…) uncles, and cousins (Christina, Ike, Dakota, Olga, Deidre, Sabena, Keesha, Jayna,…), as we’ll as countless friends and acquaintances.

Raven was known for being creative, talented, generous and thoughtful. Above all else, she believed that family came first.

She loved anything creative, including beading, drawing, sewing, painting, and listening to music.

She will be remembered for her loving smile, and contagious laughter. Along with her ability to stand up for others, and willingness to help friends and family.

Raven was a brave soul who graced our lives with compassion, strength, authenticity and love.

We are grateful for the time we had with Raven, and we ask that she be remembered for her unique strength’s rather than the challenges she faced.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday August 27, 2025, at 1:30pm, at Eternal Grace Funerals.

Cremation to follow.
