Michelle Lynn Swan- Cote was born May 30th 1991, in Winnipeg MB, and was called back home on October 5th 2024 in Winnipeg MB. Michelle found peace from her pain. A wonderful woman, loved by everyone! She will be profoundly missed. No one could ask for a better Mother, Daughter, Sister, Cousin, Niece & Grandchild or Friend. We ask for ANY of Michelle's Family & Friends to come join us for these last moments with her. Michelle's Service Will be held on Wednesday Oct 16th at Eternal Grace Funeral Home located on 1111 Logan Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E 1R1 From 5pm-9pm Following with Cremation at  a Later date.
