It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Madison Diamond Hannah Faith Laila Cochrane-Eyjolfson, June 22, 2001- June 6, 2020.
Madison was a special gift to her family and her name represents that. Madison was proud of her name and carried it with confidence.
Madison was a young brave confident girl; Madison loved to laugh and enjoy life. As a child she was always smiling. Madison was a free-spirited child, who grew into a free-spirited young woman, she brought her enthusiasm and sparkly personality with her every where she went.
Madison adored her family and often looked up to her older sisters for guidance. Madison anticipated the best in life and held many aspirations. Madison gave strength and encouraged those around her to do the same.
Madison was Known for her honesty, wit, and the beauty she brought to our lives. Madison is desperately missed by her Mother Pamela Cochrane, Father Michael Eyjolfson, sister’s Sherry Donald, Jessica Cochrane, and Meka Eyjolfson – as well as by the many friends, extended family, foster families, and the support network that she built around her
While our hearts are broken, we take solace in knowing that she is at peace and is now experiencing immeasurable joy in heaven. She is joined with our dearly loved ones who passed on before her, whom she held closely to her heart, her maternal grandmother Helen Cochrane and her brother Nikki Cochrane.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday June 16,2020 from 1p.m. till 4p.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals, 1111 Logan Avenue (at McPhillips St.). Cremation to follow. Due to Covid 19 we are allowing 25 people to enter at this time.
