Loretta Nancy Hudson

Peacefully in her home alongside her loving family we sadly announce the passing of Loretta Nancy Hudson age 71 on August 12, 2020. She was predeceased by her husband Billy Hudson, daughter Trudy Hudson, son (stillborn), parents Everyn and Nora Felix. Grandchildren Dalton, Timothy, and Janell Hudson.

Survived by her sons Clayton Hudson (Zelma), Orville Hudson (Melanie), Rudy Hudson (Tanis), her only daughter Ardale Hudson. She raised her granddaughter Christian (Chrissy) Letandre, her grandsons Dominic Green and her baby Lucas Fontaine. She also had a part in raising Carol and Angie Scott, Lydia and Charlie Bear, Jason and Jerimiah Hudson, Curtis Berens, Dylan Everette. She always welcomed everyone with loving arms.

Loretta was a hard worker. She started working at age 14 at the missionary. Then she worked 57 years for medical services in Berens River as a housekeeper/cook. She loved her community and took pride in her work. Words cannot express how much we thank you for the expressions of sympathy, and all the help you provided us during our moment of sorrow.

Wake service will be held on Sunday August 16,2020 and Monday August 17,2020 at Eternal Grace Funerals,1111 Logan Avenue at 7 pm adhering to all covid 19 requirements. Funeral service will follow on Tuesday August 18,2020 at 12 noon with interment at Brookside Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Rudy Hudson Sr., Rudy Hudson Jr., Brent Hudson, Denny Hudson, Grant Hudson, and Tyler Hudson.

Honorary pallbearers Orville Hudson, Clayton Hudson, Dominic Green, Lucas Fontaine, Curtis Berens, and Ian Hudson.
