Kim Chartrand

Kim Chartrand passed away peacefully on Nov 14th, 2025, in Winnipeg, MB, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.

Kim was born Kim Moffat in Winnipeg, MB on July 6th, 1954, to loving parents Tom and Ina Moffat. She had two older sisters, Wendy and Marcia, who she loved so much.

Kim lived her life with kindness, bravery and empathy. She listened without judgment. She gave without expecting anything in return. There was nothing she wouldn't do for the people she loved, and she would let nothing stand in her way. Anyone privileged enough to know her would say she was the sweetest, kindest person they ever met.

Kim is predeceased by her Mother Ina, her father Tom, her sister Wendy and her daughter Karen. She is survived by her husband James, sister Marcia, daughter Adrienne, son Benjamin and her stepdaughter Renee. In keeping with Kim's wishes, there will be no service.

Kim's legacy will live on through the people she loved and the beautiful memories she left behind.
