Jerome leaves to mourn his Mother, Christine Moar, Father, Valentino Macalino. Sisters, Shaylyn, Charmaine, Helainie and Chelsea. Brothers, Dylan, Jaiden, Liam and Anthony. Numerous Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Friends. Predeceased by his Brother, Andrew and Grandmother Margaret.
