Jeremy Troy Donald Junior Swan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our son Jeremy Troy Donald Junior Swan on November 14, 2025, at the age of 26.

Jeremy Swan was born on January 5, 1999, Junior was a good kid, who loved to tease everyone around him, he was a jokester with a big heart and enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends. Junior grew up playing hockey, and playing videos games with his uncle's and brothers, he had had lots of friends growing up enjoyed having get togethers, Junior became a step Father at the age of 22 and then had a beautiful daughter on February 11 2023, he was very passionate about his children and loved his babies with his whole heart.

He leaves to mourn him his children Mabel & Joesyah. Parents: Chris Kirton & Irene Green

We would like to thank Grace Hospital for being such great support and compassion and also to Eternal Grace funeral home for taking such good care of him.

Wake service will be held Wednesday Dec. 3, 2025, from 7pm – 11pm at Eternal Grace Funerals (10-1111 Logan Ave. Winnipeg, MB)

Funeral service will be held Thursday Dec. 4, 2025, at 11am, also at Eternal Grace Funerals.

Cremation to follow.
