It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jackie Yellowback, who left this world far too soon.
Jackie is survived by her children, Jasmine, Frankie, Freedom and Ryan and their father Josh Sackville; her mom Patricia Clark; siblings Stephanie Friesen-Yellowback, Brandon Yellowback, Vanessa Yellowback, Holly Johnson, Kya Johnson, TJ Johnson; her grandparents Frances Yellowback, auntie Laronda Yellowback (Patrick). Predeceased by her father Brian Yellowback, grandfather George Yellowback, and her cousin Ashley Clissold.
Jackie was born on May 28,1995 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Brian Yellowback and Patricia Clark. She grew up in the Central neighborhood and went to school at St. John’s Highschool.
Growing up she and her siblings would visit Dad at the Freight House bingo hall on Isabel, and disturb the peace, as well as bike around the neighborhood.
She had a deep love for her children, who were her greatest source of strength. Jackie had a special relationship with Josh, who was always by her side. He supported her whenever he could and would be there whenever she needed.
She will be remembered for her stubbornness, her fierce love for her family, and the sparkle in her eyes when she was happy and laughing.
Jackie will be missed beyond words, but the memories she created will live on in our hearts forever.
Wake service will be held on Wednesday March 12,2025 from 7 p.m.- 11 p.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals. Service will be Thursday March 13,2025 at 11 a.m. also at Eternal Grace. Interment Brookside Cemetery.
