Garnet William McPherson

On February 21,2025, after a courageous battle with cancer, Garnet McPherson passed away at the age of 74 years with his family by his side.

Garnet leaves to mourn his son Terry; daughter Cindy; and granddaughter Kerstyn; brothers Barry (Gayle) and Elmer (Pat); sisters Dolly (Terry), Alma, Diane (Marvin), Linda, Gloria (Russell) and Betty (Ron); sisters-in-law Karen , Peggy , and Carrie.

Garnet was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Florence; brothers Larry, Howard, Gordo, Kelly and Richard; his son Garnet William 2nd (Manny).

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 4,2025 from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals.  Interment will follow on March 5,2025 at 12 noon at Wesleyan Methodist Church Cemetery, Peguis Manitoba. Marvin Lavallee officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are Wayne Martin, Wayne Clark, Margaret and Jim O’Niel from Newfoundland.

Pallbearers will be Jason Mentuck, Gabriel Mentuck, Miles Mentuck, Jeremy McPherson, Derek Houle and Dennis Sanderson.
