It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our sister, Freda.

Freda was a daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and godmother.

Freda was predeceased by our parents George & Agnes Starr.

Brothers: John, Elmer and Lawrence.

Nieces: Margaret, Marilyn and Theresa.

Nephews: Tony, and Keith.

Great nephews: Laurence, Walter, Lawrence, and Curtis

Great niece: Elizabeth
