It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Faith Grace Aliyah Barto, a beloved daughter, granddaughter, devoted mother, cherished sister, auntie, and treasured friend.
Faith was born on November 21, 1994, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to her loving mother, Christina, and father, Jason. From the very beginning, she possessed a warm spirit that radiated compassion, kindness, and an unwavering love for those around her. On June 11, 2026, at the age of 31, Faith made her peaceful journey to the spirit world, leaving behind a legacy of generosity, strength, and unconditional love.
Faith had a heart that knew no limits. She would gladly give the clothes off her back to someone in need and opened her heart to anyone who needed comfort, acceptance, or simply someone to believe in them. She treated everyone with dignity and kindness, making friends wherever she went and ensuring that no one felt alone. Her beautiful smile, caring nature, and infectious spirit touched countless lives and will never be forgotten.
Above all else, Faith's greatest joy was being a mother. Her daughters, Isabella and Sophia, were the center of her world, the source of her greatest pride, and the deepest expression of her love. Everything she did was rooted in the hope of giving them a life filled with love.
Faith leaves behind a family who will forever carry her in their hearts: her mother, Christina; her father, Jason; her beloved daughters, Isabella and Sophia; her grandmother, Melanie; her siblings, Samara, Joshua, Jordin, and Aiden; her cherished nieces, Braelynn, Rylee, and Lylah; her uncles William, Peter, Nicholas, Allan, and John Joseph; her aunties Noreen and Doreen; along with many cousins, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were forever changed by knowing her.
Though her time with us was far too short, Faith's love, generosity, laughter, and beautiful spirit will continue to live on in every life she touched. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Her Celebration of Life is to be held on Tuesday July 7, 2026, from 7pm – 10pm, at Eternal Grace Funerals (10-1111 Logan Ave. Winnipeg MB).
Cremation has already taken place.
