Douglas Clayton McKay

We are saddened to announce the passing of Douglas at the age of 58 years.

Doug was predeceased by his father Joe, brothers Vince, Dave (Bev), and Tim, grandparents John and Maryanne Sanderson and Job and Maggie McKay and father-in-law Romuald Flett.

Doug leaves to mourn his wife Myrna of 26 years, his children Crystal Figueroa, Randall (Krissy) McKay, Christina McKay, Santana and Chasity Mecas, whom he raised. His          grandchildren Rachel, Alexander, Katelin and Catherine Figueroa , Maddison, McKenzie, and Danielle McKay,    Greyson Mecas. His mother Christine McKay and mother    in-law Mary Flett. His brothers Glenn (Lydia), Brad (Susan) and his sister Kathy (Terry) Law; His Sister in-laws Paula, Carol (Alfred), Sheryl; Brother in-laws Floyd, and Evan (Kayla); numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Doug was a dedicated family man. He loved playing guitar, singing, enjoyed playing with his band, and having jams    sessions. He was versatile, and could play drums, bass,  harmonica, and when he was needed to fill in for a gig, he did not hesitate.
