Dillon Robert Hobson

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dillon Hobson, who left this world on January 5, 2026, at the age of 32. Born on September 5, 1993, Dillon was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

Dillon was a devoted husband to his wife, Mychaella, and a proud, loving father to his children Dreyson, Amiya, Jeremy, Kyren, and Shylo. His children were his greatest joy, and his love for them was fierce, constant, and unconditional.

He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Nancy and Larry, and by his siblings Daigneault (Romina), Chyann, Brittany (Kelli), Brendan, Matthew (Taylor) and Taylor. He shared a special bond with each of them that will forever be held close in their hearts.

Dillon is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews: Kayden, Jaxon, Kailani, Olivia, Kaiya, Jade, Kalaya August, Aubrey, Alianna and Aislynne.

He was preceded in death by his beloved brothers Jeremy and Jade, whose memories he carried with him always, and by his cherished grandmothers Julianna and Maryann.

Dillon will be remembered for his heart, his presence, and the love he gave so freely to his family. Dillon was a devoted Winnipeg Jets fan. Hockey nights brought him joy, excitement, and connection—whether he was watching a game, talking stats, or cheering on his team with pride. The Jets were more than just a team to him; they were something he truly loved and followed with his whole heart.

Though his time with us was far too short, his legacy lives on through his children, his family, and the many lives he touched. His absence leaves a silence that cannot be filled, but his love will remain forever.

Wake service will take place on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, from 7pm – 11pm, at Eternal Grace Funerals (10-1111 Logan Ave. Winnipeg MB).

Funeral service to follow on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, at 10am, also at Eternal Grace Funerals.

Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
