Corrine Daphne Parenteau

Corrine was born in Dauphin, MB on July 17,1979 and passed away in Winnipeg on February 6,2025. She lived most of her life in Winnipeg and worked various jobs here in the city. Her real passion was her job as a health care aid looking after the elderly, which she enjoyed very much. She loved spending time with family and friends on her day off and taking pictures of people and places which she would record in her journals she kept. She surely will be missed by all who knew her “we love you shorty”.

She is survived by her parents Fred and Peggy; sisters Amanda (Colin), Tanya (Brown); brother Waylon (Britany); her children Joseph, Jessie, and Tavian (Jazzy); her grandchildren Raina, Shenobe, Spring and Jamilia; husband Uton Wallace ; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and her 2 fur babies Gus and Angus.

Corinne was predeceased by her grandparents James and Irene Parenteau, Henry and Alma Fagnan, granddaughter Robbie Caribou, cousins Terry “Buzz”, Vanessa, Cory, etc, and her dear old friend Charlie Bittern.

Wake service will be held on Wednesday February 26,2025 from 6 p.m.- 10 p.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals. Cremation to follow.

Honorary pallbearers are all her friends and family.
