Christin Sinclair Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear sweet Christin Margrette Priscilla Sinclair on February 22, 2024, at St. Boniface Hospital with her family at her side. Christin was a devoted mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend. Christin leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two amazing children, Dillon Johnson and Kaylee Eva Chanelle, mother Christina, father Reginald Evans (Jamie), step-mother who raised her since the age of 2 Diana Genaille (Eric), sisters Larissa (Blake), Krista-Leigh (Dustin), Courtney, Aliya, Jersey, Hannah, and Ocean; brothers Cody, Joshua, Jordan (Tanisha) and Montana; grandparents Don and Florence Genaille, special uncle Riley Evans, godmother Debbie Sinclair, special fur baby Whiskey Jack and several cousins, aunties, uncles and friends. Christin was predeceased by paternal grandparents Marjorie and Johnny Evans, aunts Diane, Donalda and uncle Donald, cousins Simeon, Mason, David and Clifford and dear friend Allan Cochrane. Wake will be held at Eternal Grace Funeral home, 1111 Logan Ave., Winnipeg Manitoba on Thursday March 7, 2024 from 7 pm till 11 pm. Funeral service will be held at the same place on Friday March 8, 2024 at 11 am, with paster Don Genaille officiating, and burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery at 2 pm. Pallbearers will be Keith Monkman, Darrell Evans, Dale Evans, Jordan Evans, Lawrence Hocaluk, Montana Evans, Logan Evans, and Daniel Genaille. Honorary pallbearers will be her brothers Cody Beardy, Joshua Evans, uncle Riley Evans and all the rest of her siblings, extended family, and friends. Cross bearers will be her 2 children, Dillon and Kaylee. The loss of Christin has devastated so many beyond belief. The heartbreak of losing her so young will mark all our hearts forever. To know Christin was to know love. Her love and devotion were without limits and completely unconditional. She forgave all who came against her, even if they did not deserve any forgiveness at all. She did not only love her children, but she was also so IN love with them she amazed all who knew her. She will be sorely missed. Our family would like to thank the nurses and doctors on the I.C.U. floor at the St. Boniface Hospital for their assistance and attempts to keep Christin with us. Their kind words and patience with our grief is greatly appreciated. "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light." Matthew 11:28-30
