Chief Richard Brian Hart Jr.

On Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 10:34 A.M. our dearest/beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, nephew, brother in-law, and Chief made his journey home to the spirit world to join all those that are already there.

Richard Brian Hart leaves to mourn his wife Cindi Grieves; children Adrienne, Michelle, and Richard V. Hart; grandchildren Katherine, Trevor, and Harrison Tillett, and Elias, James, Emma, and Charlotte Colon; his father Richard Hart Sr.; and brother Jason (Phyllis) Hart.

Richard is pre-deceased by his mother Agnes Maria Irene Hart; siblings Yvonne Carriere, Denise Spence, and Deidre Hart; and his grandparents Jeanette & Alexander Chubb, Ruth Hart, and Elijah Robinson.

Wake service to be held on Friday February 6, 2026, at Eternal Grace Funerals (10-1111 Logan Ave. Winnipeg MB), from 7pm—10pm.

Wake service to continue Saturday Feb. 7, 2026, and Sunday Feb. 8, 2026, at the 72 Memorial High School in Bunibonibee Cree Nation.

Funeral service to be held on Monday February 9, 2026, at 10am, also at the 72 Memorial High School.

Officiating service is Rev. John Thompson.

Interment to follow.
