Chelsey Suzanne Marie Parisian-Starr

On March 25, 2025, Chelsey Suzanne Marie Parisian-Starr passed away unexpectedly at the age of 25 years.

She was predeceased by her grandparents; Diane Desjarlais, Roger Parisian and Paul Desjarlais, and her great grandparents; Jack and Mary Starr.

She leaves to mourn her children; Talon and Aurora, parents; Corrinne and Kelvin Starr, grandparents; Gladys and Yvan Lorrain, and siblings; Cory (Amber), Kyle, Kristen (Thunder) and Angel (Tron). She also leaves to mourn her nieces and nephews; Diamond, Kameron, Maddison, Landon, Emily, Mackenzie, and Danielle. She will be lovingly remembered by all her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Chelsey’s children were her whole world. She would do anything to make sure they were happy, and she always made sure they knew how much she loved them. Her legacy will live on in her children. Chelsey was friendly, funny, outspoken, and loved to talk. She had a passion for fishing and always worked hard to reach her quota. She was an animal lover, and she would often bring home stray animals to take care of. Chelsey always lived her life to the fullest and never let the negative weigh her down. She was adventurous and was never afraid to try new things.

Honorary Pall Bearers are her brothers and cousins; Cory Parisian, Kyle Parisian, Joshua Phillips, Brendan Phillips, Joseph Phillips, Jordon Charlette, Jonathan Charlette, Eric Davis, William Starr, David Starr, Darren Parisian Jr, and Jackson Parisian.

Wake services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 6pm-11pm at Eternal Grace Funerals at 1111 Logan Ave, Winnipeg MB. Long time family friend Brother Dan Dionne officiating her service. Cremation to follow.
