Candice Meghan Konowalchuk

Candice Konowalchuk born January 17,1984 passed away December 11,2019 unexpectedly she Left behind her spouse Richard Kent son Ray DuCharme 11. Daughters Mylah a few weeks shy of 4 and a newborn of only 12 days old. Daughter to Tracey Kirkby and Alexander konowalchuk sister Rebecca konowalchuk and brother Dustin Kemp and pre deceased by sister brandy konowalchuk. Aunt to various nieces and nephews. Candice was an educated and diligent worker with a lot of passion for her three children family and friends. Even though she suffered with chronic pain she had the strength to face every day with a purpose that rivalled a perfectly healthy version of herself. She amazed me with all her accomplishments. Forever loved remembered and memories cherished for the rest of our lives. Until we meet again. Funeral service will be held on December 29, 2019, at 3:30 p.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals 1111 Logan @ McPhillips St. Cremation to follow.
