Ashley Isabella (South Buffalo Calf Woman) Murdock

It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Ashley Isabella Rose Murdock (South Buffalo Calf Woman). Ashley was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 6, 1996.

Our family was blessed to have Ashley with us for 27 years. Her time on earth was cut short, only days before her 28th birthday.

Her life may have been stolen, but her Spirit will live on through her 3 beautiful children Neveah (6), Noah (4) and Niko (3). Ashley loved and adored her children till the bitter end.

Ashley will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and her laughter. Ashley loved to tell jokes and make others laugh, she was outgoing and truly cared about those around her. She was a gentle soul who would always come if you needed her, she loved to love. Her favorite bear when she was little was Rosie, who she cherished. Her favourite colour was purple. Our family affectionately called her Bacon, or Ashley Bartlett Bacon. Her goal in life was to become a nurse.

Ashley leaves to mourn her children Neaveh, Noah and Niko, her mother Deidra Murdock-Telenko, her sisters Trinity, Emily and Amy, as well as her Grandparents, numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins and friends.

Ashley was predeceased by her Maternal Great Grandparents Gordon McIvor Murdock and Isabel Murdock nee Traverse of Fisher River Cree Nation, Her Great-Great Grandparents Arthur and Margaret Traverse of Kinonjeoshtegon First Nation and Simon James Murdock and Annie Murdock nee Sinclair of Fisher River Cree Nation, as well as Aunts, Uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Wake Services will be held at the Eternal Grace Funeral Chapel, 1111 Logan Avenue, Tuesday July 16th, 2024 at 7 P.M to 11:00 P.M.

Funeral Service will follow July 17th, 2024 at Eternal Grace Funeral Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Internment to follow at Brookside Cemetery 3001 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Services Officiated by Pastor Marty McLean.

Pallbearers will be Bertram Murdock, Raymond Murdock, Arthur Murdock, William Murdock, Jonathan Favell, Daniel Vivier.

Crossbearer will be Ryland Murdock.
Honorary Crossbearers will be
Neveah, Noah and Niko Murdock-Ducharme.
