Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday November 13,2019 age 22 years in Winnipeg, MB. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved mother Frances; father Don; siblings; sister Morgan, brother Joey; nephew Wyatt; numerous other relatives, and friends.

Jade was predeceased by his grandfather Frank Desjarlais, and grandmother Linda Hanslip.

Funeral service will take place on Monday November 25,2019 at 7p.m. Service will terminate at the chapel. Cremation to follow.
