Edwin Charles Bear “Bear" (Grey Owl)
February 23, 1972 – September 21, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, partner, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend Edwin Charles Bear born February 23, 1972 in Arborg, MB and passed away in Winnipeg, MB Health Sciences Centre on September 21, 2019.
“Bear" was predeceased by his parents Mac Hudson and Doris Felix, brother Clarence, and sister Kimberly. He leaves behind his beloved children Shelton, Skye, Daryl, Robyn, Tianna, Edwin J.r., Autum (Chas), Seraya, Cool Shadow, Elizabeth, Seraya, and Marcus. And the children he helped raised Chantal (Stuart), and Riel. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Hilary, Aliyah, Autumn, Jordan, Leonardo and Lincoln. Dad was an artist, he instilled respect, courage and humility into everyone he knew. He grew up hunting, fishing, drumming and dancing powwow. He loved his children and grandchildren. And boy could he cook! Dad had many friends; he filled the room with laughter. He enjoyed his movies, junk food, bannock and beer.

Wake service will be held on Thursday September 26,2019 7p.m. -11p.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals, 1111 Logan Avenue. Funeral service will follow on Friday September 27,2019 at 10:30a.m. also at the chapel. Interment Brookside Cemetery.
